Unless expressly agreed otherwise in a written engagement agreement:

• All materials, code, designs, and deliverables created specifically for a client engagement and fully paid for become the property of the client upon receipt of final payment.
• General-purpose tools, frameworks, libraries, and methodologies developed independently by ZYNTECH Solutions remain the property of ZYNTECH Solutions, with a perpetual, royalty-free licence granted to the client where embedded in the deliverables.
• All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and code — is owned by or licensed to ZYNTECH Solutions and may not be reproduced without written permission.

You agree not to use our website or services to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Infringe the intellectual property or other rights of any third party.
• Transmit malicious code, spam, or conduct any form of unauthorised access or interference.
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation.
• Collect or harvest personal data about other users without consent.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our website or services for any user or client who violates these conditions.

Clients engaging ZYNTECH Solutions for services agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and timely information required to deliver the engagement.
• Ensure they hold all necessary rights to materials, data, or content supplied to us.
• Review and provide feedback within agreed timelines to avoid project delays.
• Pay invoices in accordance with the payment terms set out in the engagement agreement.

Both parties may share confidential information during an engagement. Unless a separate Non-Disclosure Agreement is in place, each party agrees to keep the other’s confidential information in reasonable confidence and not to disclose it to third parties without consent, except as required by law. We will sign an NDA on request.

Our website and any information provided on it are offered “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Results, outcomes, or projections discussed on our website are illustrative. Actual results from any engagement will vary depending on your specific circumstances, market conditions, and many other factors outside our control.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ZYNTECH Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of our website or services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with a specific client engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client to ZYNTECH Solutions in the three months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, unless otherwise specified in the engagement agreement.
